Order Processing Time
All orders must be received with cleared payment authorization before processing. Most orders are processed and shipped within 5–8 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer for customized pieces, special orders, or items that are temporarily out of stock.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience slight delays. Please allow additional transit time in such cases. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

Asuri Jewels ships internationally; however, we are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. Any such charges incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will typically become active within 24 hours.

Damaged or Lost Packages
Asuri Jewels is not liable for products that are lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items until the claim process is complete.
