30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return for a refund within 30 days of delivery. After this period, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

Returned in the original packaging

Accompanied by any applicable diamond certificate(s)

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
Custom or Personalized Items
Refunds are not available for custom-made, modified, or personalized pieces, including initial pendants. Each custom order undergoes a detailed approval process prior to shipment. Any changes requested after delivery will incur additional labor or remake charges.
Engraved Items
Engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Earrings
For hygiene and safety reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
Defective or Damaged Items
In the rare event that an item arrives defective or damaged, Asuri Jewels will gladly replace it. Please contact us at asurijewels@gmail.com to arrange a replacement and receive return instructions.
Custom Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a custom or modified order, please notify us within 48 hours of placing the order. Cancellations requested after 48 hours will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
If your order has already shipped, the standard return policy will apply.
Return Shipping Instructions
Before sending any item back, please contact us at asurijewels@gmail.com for authorization. Return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer. For items valued over $200, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Asuri Jewels is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Comparative Purchasing Policy
Comparative purchasing—ordering multiple items with the intent to keep one and return the rest—is not permitted. Orders suspected of comparative purchasing may be canceled or restricted from return.
Rush Fees & Express Shipping

Rush fees are non-refundable once production begins (typically within 24 hours of order placement).

Express shipping fees are non-refundable once the item has left our workshop in India.
