We gladly accept returns on all standard items and pre-made designs within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom or personalized orders cannot be returned, as they are crafted uniquely for you.

Absolutely! We offer engraving services for all orders(Except Thin Jewelry). Engraving is free for up to 15 characters (including spaces). For longer messages, additional engraving is available for USD 30.

You can provide your engraving details when placing your order. If you decide to add engraving after ordering, simply email us with the details before your item is shipped, and we’ll personalize your jewelry exactly as you wish.

Yes, we offer a 6 Month warranty on all our products, along with lifetime service support. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects to ensure your jewelry is free from such issues at the time of purchase.

Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, loss of gemstones, theft, or loss of the jewelry itself. It also excludes damage or loss caused by failure to obtain necessary maintenance or repairs to preserve the integrity of the piece.

The following are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under warranty:


  • Metal discoloration resulting from exposure to chemicals, makeup, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing

  • Normal wear of precious metals and prongs that may require periodic maintenance or restoration

  • Prong damage caused by everyday wear, which may lead to gemstone loss

  • Loss of gemstones due to regular wear or accidental damage

Our warranty is designed to protect against craftsmanship-related issues. To maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewelry, we recommend regular care and professional maintenance.

All of our jewelry is crafted using solid precious metals, never plated. Whether you choose sterling silver, 10K, 14K, or 18K gold, each piece is made entirely from genuine, high-quality material. We only apply rhodium plating on sterling silver and white gold jewelry to help protect against tarnish.

For quicker delivery, we ship via trusted couriers such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx, with delivery within 7–8 days after dispatch. Express Shipping is available for an additional USD 35 to USD 55 Depending On Location and can be selected during checkout.

No, choosing express or expedited shipping does not shorten the production time of your order. Production timelines remain the same regardless of the shipping method selected.

The only difference is the delivery speed after production is complete. Standard shipping typically takes 08–12 days, while express shipping reduces transit time to 7–8 days.

Yes, we provide a rush order and delivery service for customers who need their jewelry quickly. This service carries an additional fee of USD 85.

With rush orders, your item receives priority in production and is shipped via express delivery to ensure it reaches you within the promised timeframe. Please message us after placing your order to request this service.

RETURN AND EXCHANGES

Yes, we offer options for returns, exchanges, and cancellations under the following guidelines:

  • Returns: We provide a 30-day return window. Return requests must be submitted within 21 days of delivery, and items must be shipped back within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery and apply only to pre-made or listed items. Please note that custom or personalized orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing it. Cancellations requested after 48 hours will incur a 20% cancellation fee based on the total order value.

Custom and personalized orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as they are created specifically to your individual specifications. Due to their unique nature, these items cannot be resold.

Yes, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure that the item is sent back with all original packaging and accompanying documents as received. This helps protect the product during transit and allows us to process your return smoothly.
